Anashi is your clinic's AI front desk — it tracks appointments, makes confirmation calls, and answers the phone for you. This guide covers everything your team needs to use it day to day.
What Anashi does for you
- Confirmation calls handle themselves. Every appointment gets up to two automatic AI calls before the visit. You see the result, with a summary and recording, right on the dashboard.
- The phone is always answered. When a patient calls the clinic, the AI agent picks up — even outside hours — and logs a summary plus recording for you to review.
- Big batches are easy. Import a day's, week's, or month's appointments at once from a spreadsheet, instead of typing them one by one.
