Reports

Pull appointment history over any date range and download it as a CSV โ€” handy for billing, end-of-month reconciliation, or sharing numbers with someone who doesn't use Anashi.

How it works

Open Reports from the sidebar. You'll see a date-range picker at the top and a Download CSV button. The flow is just three clicks: pick a start date, pick an end date, click Search Data.

What the report shows

After you search, every appointment within your chosen date range appears as a row, with the columns below. The Download CSV button up top becomes active โ€” clicking it downloads exactly what's on screen.

ColumnWhat it contains
IDAnashi's internal appointment ID.
PatientPatient name (and phone number on screen).
Appt DateThe actual visit date and time.
Pref. Call TimeThe hour the confirmation call was scheduled for. Shows Default if it used the clinic-wide default from Settings.
LanguageLanguage the AI used. English when not otherwise specified.
StatusFinal confirmation status โ€” Confirmed, Cancelled, No answer, etc.
NotesAny per-appointment note (the "Mention" field). Shows โ€” if empty.
System LogsAnashi's internal log entries for that appointment โ€” useful when investigating an issue (e.g. why a call didn't fire).

Downloading the CSV

Click Download CSV (top right) once your search has loaded results โ€” it's greyed out before you've searched. The downloaded file contains the same columns shown on screen, ready to open in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, or import elsewhere.

๐Ÿ’ก

For long ranges (a quarter, a year), be patient โ€” Anashi has to query all matching appointments before showing you the table. You'll see a loading state until results arrive.
