Clinic settings
Where your clinic's day-to-day rules live: who works there, what kinds of visits you offer, and how confirmation calls are timed.
Open from the sidebar under Settings → Clinic Settings. There are three sections:
- Call Reminder Settings — when and how confirmation calls go out
- Providers — your doctors / providers
- Appointment Types — the visit types you offer
Call Reminder Settings
Controls the timing of the automatic confirmation calls described in Appointments. These are clinic-wide defaults — individual appointments can override them.
Call Reminder Settings
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Default call time | When the first confirmation call (Call #1) goes out for an appointment, if that appointment doesn't have its own per-row "preferred call time". |
| Retry delay (minutes) | If Call #1 didn't get an answer, how long to wait before Call #2. Per-appointment override: when adding an appointment manually, you can change this value just for that one. |
| Max Outbound Calls Per Time Slot | Caps how many confirmation calls will be placed at the exact same time. 0 turns this safety off entirely. Useful when you've imported a big batch and don't want every call to dial simultaneously. |
| Minutes Between Batches | Once that per-slot limit is hit, the next group of calls is pushed forward by this many minutes. Keeps your AI calling capacity from being overwhelmed. |
The "Max calls per slot" and "Minutes between batches" settings are exactly what kicks in during a Bulk Import — Anashi spaces out the imported batch's confirmation calls automatically based on these numbers.
Click Save after any change — it applies to all new appointments and any future call attempts.
Providers
The list of doctors or providers staff can assign appointments to. Each clinic maintains its own list.
Providers
2 items- Adding — type a name in the input at the bottom and click Add.
- Removing — click Remove next to the provider. Existing appointments already assigned to that provider keep their value; only future selections are affected.
Appointment Types
The list of visit types (Cleaning, Checkup, Filling, etc.) that staff choose from when creating or editing appointments. Works the same way as the Providers list — add, remove, save.
