First steps
Logging in and finding your way around. Five minutes and you'll know where everything lives.
Signing in
Open your clinic's Anashi URL in a browser. You'll see a small sign-in card asking for a clinic code, a username, and a password.
Anashi
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Clinic code | Your clinic's short identifier (e.g. acme-dental). Set when your account was created. |
| Username | The username your practice manager set up for you. |
| Password | Set when your account was created. If you're locked out, ask your practice manager to reset it — there's no self-service reset. |
Don't have a clinic code, username, or password? Ask whoever set up Anashi for your practice (usually the practice manager or office lead) rather than guessing.
Your dashboard at a glance
Once you sign in, you land on the Appointments dashboard. The header greets you by name ("Good morning, your name") and shows today's date — that's how you can tell you're in the right account.
The four parts of every screen
- Sidebar (left) — your navigation. Always visible.
- Greeting (top) — your name and today's date.
- Summary cards — the most important numbers for whatever you're looking at.
- Working area (below) — the table or list of the actual items, plus any filters and tools that go with them.
What each sidebar item is for
📅 Appointments
Your daily list of patient visits. See who's coming today, their confirmation status, and what the AI has already done about each one. Most of your time will be spent here.
📞 Incoming Calls
Everything the AI agent handled on the phone — recordings, summaries, and what (if anything) needs a human follow-up.
📄 Reports
Pull appointment history over any date range and download it as a CSV file. Good for billing reconciliation or sharing numbers outside Anashi.
⚙️ Clinic Settings
The list of your providers and appointment types, plus the timing rules for confirmation calls (when to call, how long to wait between attempts).
Don't see one of these items in your sidebar? Your account permissions may not include it — ask your practice manager to enable the right access for you.
